Everything you need to understand before we start your three-day rewire.
Three days, start to finish. We begin on a Friday and finish by Sunday, or start Monday and finish Wednesday — so you can stay elsewhere and come home to a completed, certified installation.
Day one: we lift floors and chase walls to run new cables, plus fit your new consumer unit. Day two: we install all sockets, switches and lighting points and wire them back to the board. Day three: we test and certify the installation, plaster over all chases, and hand over a clean, finished home.
Once the rewire and plastering are done, our cleaning partner HUS carries out a full professional clean — dusting, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces and removing all debris — so you return to a spotless, ready-to-live-in home. This is included in your fixed price.
Yes. For safety and speed we ask that the property is unoccupied during the three days. To make this easy we include a £500 hotel cash-back with every rewire, and we can recommend nearby stays.
Plastering is included — we make good all the chases and lifted areas to a flat, finish-ready surface. We don't redecorate, paint or wallpaper; those finishes are left for you to complete in your own style.
None. The price for your property size is fixed, no matter what we find behind the walls. The only things not included are redecoration and any additions you request after the survey — and we'll always quote those up front.
Yes — a 20% deposit secures your start date. It's fully refundable up to four weeks before we begin. After that point, the deposit is held to cover the cost of materials and other outlay needed to start your job.
